Digital products

All products sold by NEWFOLLOWS are digital files delivered by download. Nothing is shipped, so there is no physical return process. "Return" here means requesting a refund and ceasing to use the files.

14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at nestublveohaso4hez@outlook.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.

We will refund in full where:

  • The files failed to download or arrived corrupted and we could not resolve it
  • The kit does not match its description on the product page
  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • The purchase was unauthorised

Statutory right of withdrawal

Where consumer law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal, note that for digital content supplied immediately this right ends once the download begins, provided you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right at checkout. You give that consent when you complete the purchase.

Regardless of that, we voluntarily offer the 14-day refund window described above. We would rather refund an unhappy customer than keep the money.

When we may decline

We may decline a refund where:

  • The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
  • The files have been downloaded and the request appears to be for content already used commercially
  • The same customer has repeatedly purchased and refunded the same or similar kits
  • The reason given is incompatibility with software whose requirements are stated on the product page

Compatibility is worth checking before you buy. Each product page lists the software and minimum version required, and we cannot refund a kit that works correctly but is not supported by your editor.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm by email once the refund is issued.
