No physical shipping

We sell digital products only. Nothing is posted, couriered or physically shipped, and no delivery address is required. There are no shipping charges, customs duties or import taxes on any order.

How you receive your order

Delivery is by download, available immediately after payment is confirmed:

1. A download link appears on the order confirmation page as soon as checkout completes
2. The same link is emailed to the address given at checkout
3. The link remains valid so you can re-download if needed

Most orders are available within seconds. If payment requires additional verification by your bank, delivery follows as soon as that clears — usually within a few minutes.

If your download does not arrive

Check the spam or promotions folder first, as automated delivery mail is often filtered there. If it is not there, email nestublveohaso4hez@outlook.com with your order number and we will re-send it manually. We aim to resolve delivery problems within one business day.

File formats and requirements

Each product page lists the file formats included and the software required to open them. Kits are supplied as compressed archives (.zip) and you will need software capable of extracting them. Please check the stated requirements before purchasing, as compatibility is not grounds for a refund where the requirements were listed.
