1. About these terms

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from NEWFOLLOWS at newfollows.shop. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

2. What we sell

NEWFOLLOWS sells digital products for content creators, including video editing project files, motion graphics and transition packs, colour-grading LUTs, photo and video filter presets, and animation templates. All products are original works created by us.

3. Licence — what you may and may not do

This is the important section. Read it before purchasing.

When you buy a kit you receive a licence to use it. You do not acquire ownership of the files.

You may:

  • Use the assets in your own content, personal or commercial, including monetised content
  • Use them in client work you produce
  • Modify, edit and adapt them to suit your projects
  • Use them in an unlimited number of your own projects, with no expiry

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share or give away the files, modified or unmodified
  • Include them in a product, template, kit or bundle offered to others
  • Upload them to stock sites, asset marketplaces, or file-sharing services
  • Sub-license them or claim authorship of the original assets
  • Share your download link or account access with others

In short: use them in your work as much as you like; do not sell or pass on the assets themselves.

4. Ownership

All assets, and all intellectual property rights in them, remain the property of NEWFOLLOWS. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Nothing is physically shipped.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Refund Policy, which provides a 14-day window subject to the conditions stated there.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct email address at checkout, as this is how your order is delivered
  • Checking the stated software requirements before purchasing
  • Keeping your downloaded files secure and not sharing them
  • Any content you create using our assets

8. What we do not warrant

Products are supplied as described on their product pages. We do not warrant that a kit will be suitable for a specific project, compatible with software versions not listed, or produce a particular result. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost projects, or loss of data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Termination

We may terminate your licence if you breach section 3. On termination you must stop using the assets and delete your copies. No refund is due where a licence is terminated for breach.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country of establishment], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. Where you purchase as a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
